I seem to be unable to find anything with quality information.

www.edmunds.com has them for a yr or 2 back and present. Car and Driver www.caranddriver.com has some. None go back that far, for those, you need to search in yahoo for the car name and go through pages and pages.

the peoblem is that it's mostly bullshit.

    How good was the driver?
    the altitude?
    the conditions?
    humidity?
    gas octane?
    course?

    so on and so forth....

jspeed.net has some of this info on the euro spec cars
