95 civic 4 door w LS swap 80K. Runs good, fast. the thing is that when you turn it makes squeel sounds. He said that you need to swap out rack and pinion from the auto one(which the car originally was) to manuel or get some part for the existing rack and pinion. Also it has a check engine light, and he said that its because the motor is obd 2 (97 motor and trans) and the car is obd1. Are any of these issues I should consider? Expensive to get right? I do like my cars to be trouble free. Anyway I know you guys will help me out, im pretty excited about this car since I sold my LS hatch a year and a half ago I've been missing honda. thanks in advance.
