I am looking for a set of D16Z6 Connecting Rods. Used or Oem.

A friend just got 'Rod Kock' & I am hoping it's not a bent rod.
I may be pulling it apart and replacing the rods in it before he throws one but the car is just parked for now.

Rod knock can mean spun bearings. You may need a new crankshaft too.

Hopefully it's just a bearing. Thanks for your input! I was wondering how reliable the D16's are too. They seem to be pretty stable motors from what i've seen.

They're reliable as long as you maintain them(ie, periodic tune-up, not over reving the crap out of them, etc.). The D16Y's are a little more iffy due to an "inferior" oiling system.

That's great then. Well I am going to pick it up Wednesday evening after work and see if I can find what exactly is wrong with it and then see what parts are needed so I guess I will keep you updated. Thanks!;)
