266k on the motor pervious owner claims a rebuild at 200k but has no proof and i have no idea how to tell so i dont think nitrous will last lol
 
with that many miles i think longevity should be the goal
 
Compression and leak down test it before you screw with it. Save up a little more money and do an ls-vtec conversion.
