Hey I have an 88 civic that is only getting 9 volts to the relay after the new main relay clicks on. Before it has 12 volts. I've replaced the filter and put plus main relay and now car wont even start. The fuel pump is lossing power but the conector reads good and ideas?
this is very confusing what goes where and what dos what what you replaced and where or what loses power???????
