low idle problem

i have a 94 b18c1 and it idles low, it didnt at first, but after i changed the oil and plugs it started. i did get it dont at pep boys and they didnt know what engine was in it and they put 10w30 in it insted of 5w30, and i havent changed it yet because the guy said it wouldnt matter. could that be it? or could it be the crappy plugs they put in? or both

idles very low? like 300rpm ? almost stalling? try adjusting your throttle cable to compensate. or mayeb a bad iac.

i dont know maybe, the iac, but im going to change the oil to what its supose to be, and clean the plugs. but adjusting the throttle will just burn more gas.

if it was running nice before check ur spark plugs. its rare but some spark plugs dont work very well in some honda engines aswell check ur spark plug gap. good luck if u try this and still nuthin let us no.
