you know when u start your car in the cold and it idles at bout 1500 for a while...how can you make that drop right off the bat so its not racing when its cold

start your car 5 minutes early in the morning:mellow:

I dont like to start my car n drive it right away, its just something i grew up doin. I mean, shit, you are gonna use up all your gas lettin your car idle for a few, ya know.

ya i do that already, im the same way i always let my shit warm up, its just the smart thing to do. im sayin though, is how can i get it to kick down the rpm once it first starts up on those cold mornings ya know. i just want it to fire up and idle at bout 1000 rpm, not fire up and sit at 1500 to 2000 rpm for bout 5 mins. i understand it has a IACV and all that, i just need to know how to safely get it to were i want it.

i apologise for having this question in the wrong forum....i moved it to the correct one if anyone has any other suggestions
