Lowering my 91 prelude si

    A friend of mine told me instead of buying coilovers that the cheapest way is to only cut about 1 or 2 coils off of my stock springs would this be safe and wise or a dumb idea

    it would be ok safe wise but it will ride like ass, just buy some 25 dollar ebay junk, it will ride a little better than ass

    dont cut the springs not a good idea. will be bouncy as hell and handle worse than stock.

    these guys are right, you can get some cheap ebay crap that would be better than cutting stock springs.

    dont cut stock springs. buy a camber set. it will be a rough ride but your tires will be straight and it will look professional. thats what i did to my 92 lude
