Lowering springs

I am thinking of getting some of the lowering springs off of ebay and i was just wondering if the springs would be good support for my car. I don't want them to break while i am driving. Would they be good to lower about 3 to 4 in. or will it mess up my front end. Do ya think that it will scrub the wheel base when I turn. And last of all will it be a good enough support for a H22 engine swap to handle.

it will be ok but the ride is gona suck and ebay springs suck, but if you go that low with a h22a the oil pan will hit the ground and unless you get a camber kit you will go through tire like mad
