you need to re wire two items. Look at the following
Well, I don't know what to tell you if you don't know how to wire things in. But here's a diagram of mine that shows how to release a pin from an OBD2 ecu plug:

As for wiring harness go, reusing your existing civic harness on the LS motor, will work just fine. You'll just have to perform the IACV fix and CKF fix. This is all explained in this diagram of mine:
