LS redline

Just wondering the redline on a stock LS motor. And when the limiter kicks in.

6500 or 7000 and the limiter i believe is 7200

why does my ls (which runs perfect) rev limit at only 6500 rpm's?ive tried a pr4 and p75 ecu both do the same except p75 slightly idle surges aswell between 850 and 1200rpms"s
