YES. The LS rods have the same length and main journal (crank end) size as the D16 rods. They do have to be machined down a bit because they're a tad too wide at the crank end (don't remember exactly how much), and the bushing size at the piston end is too large. You have to get a set of bushings to take the piston end of the rod down to 19mm instead of the B series' 21mm. There are exceptions though- one particular set of D series pistons has a wrist pin size of 21mm.
