i want to do a b18b swap on my 91 civic. i looking for like 400hp i getting arp head studs, darton sleeves, cp pistons and eagle rods, crower stage two turbo cams, 750cc injectors, walbro 255lph fuel pump, and i was thinking a gt3076r turbo. but idk if that will spool up fast enough, what would spool up fast and still make 400 hp

A GT3076R is a good choice. A Garret To4e .57-.60 .63 AR a pretty standard Honda turbo will make 400whp with the right setup, a good manifold and tuning. The GT35 is also a good choice as well. I would go with ID 1000cc injectors instead of the 750's gives you more room for more boost.
