    hi,
i was wondering if pump super at 91 would work for a ls/vtec with a comptession of 12.4 to 1?
are there any recommendations on what compression uses 91? what do the different compressions need?
i wanna run pump gas and am current debating on getting ctr over bore pistons or just itr over bore pistons.
    any help would be great
    Ac

I am currently running 12.4:1 on my ls/vtec. On 91 octane and here in Pheonix. Yesterday it was 111. No detonation.

if you're really concerned about the high comp and detonation. get some cam gears, retard the fuk out of the timing and adjust it back when you go to the track.

    OR

you can use octane booster but i've heard if you use it all the time it'll jack up your injectors and fuel system. i don't know how much truth there is to that last statement, i read it somewhere.
