Use this:

http://www.c-speedracing.com/howto/compcalc/compcalc.php

Changing to a B18 89mm stroke bottom end and B16 head with those pistons will get you to 11.871967201498737:1 compression.

Using the C-speed racing Compression Calculator

B18A/B 81.00 mm bore, 89.00 mm stroke
B16A/B - B18C5 head 42.70 combustion chamber
p30 (JDM B16A) pistons 6.93 Piston Dome Displacement (cc per piston)
OEM 3-layer Headgasket Thickness 0.02900000
Piston-to-Deck Height OEM B18A/B/C1/C5 - B20B/Z Height (in) 0.030
RESULTS

head B16A/B - B18C5
compression 11.544785071271803
Displacement 1834.6687456929157

head B18C1
compression 11.818402415705081
Displacement 1834.6643456929155

Here is an easier calculator to figure compression mix matching OEM parts.
