ls/vtec help please

im puting a ls vtec together,im using a chipped p28. im throwing cel 20[eld] its in a 93 integra, such models are not equipped w/ a ELD[i think] anyone have any advice please

maybe the p28 is looking for it, and you dont have it

well, if its chipped then you could disable that.. or your tuner..
