ls/vtec help

I have a 93 integra gs b18 and i am looking into makeing it a ls/vtec. Yes i am a noob at this and my questioon is can anyone tell me what heads from what years cars i nee to get because i am having issues with this. What heads can i use for my 93 b18 integra? Please help. Thanks!

Research. There is tons of info on LS/V's on the internet. Google it, and I bet youll get your answer in the first five links.

you can use any b16 or gsr head but you have to buy an ls vtec kit and dowels it is recomended to use some other things to just look it up
