"Ls/vtec" or "frankstein"

Hello so I just got a new toy to play with, it is a 90 acura integra ls. I would like to know what would be a better set up an ls/vtec or b20/bl6 frankstein set up? Can any one tell me what would be the best parts that I can buy for these set ups.THX
