Almost done with my ls/vtec build. My only question is which wiring harness do I us??? Do I alter the LS harness or do I use a harness from a b18c1??? Any info will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

    PS - I'm running obd1 chipped ecu.

Just mod the harness that's in the car. Your just going to have to wire up for VTEC, and Knock(if you have it).

What to Add on the 92Si harness 4 ls-v???

:( I have a 92 si with a D16z6 that will be replaced with a Ls-v. Will i have to add the knock sensor if im using the P28? Also will the Del sol B16 axles fit my hatch? or will i have to use the 2000 si b16 axles?

That's going to be a really easy swap. You don't have to wire for VTEC since your car has it. Its pretty striaght forward. You can use the axles from a Del Sol. Should be fine as long the half shaft is the same as the Del Sol one. The knock sensor you can forget about. You don't need it, since the p28 does not even use it.
