hey guys im just wondering what compression im running right now with P73s thumbing inside my LS engine..
stock head

and what compression would i be running if i swaped for a b16 head
 
no, thats wrong.

p30's make it 11:1 and p30's are larger than p73's.

its high 10s

No dude. Go to the calculator and use hte LS head, LS block, 1 layer head gasket and stock LS deck height.
