lsv not starting in dc

we just put a lsv in our friends dc and it fired up and we shut it off came back tried to start it now the fuel pump doesnt kick on and the cel does not flash on when u turn the key from off to on already checked all fuses inside the car and under hood any help would be appriciated

So, You have a solid cel light? I dont fully understanding what your saying. Try unpluging the ecu and put it back on and try starting again.
