lsvtec swap

ok i have everything to do the lsvtec swap but the b18a1 block is stock so i was going to use some itr pistons and eagle rods should this be relaible enough to rev and still be pretty much safe. revs up to 7800rpm? does anyone have a idea of what this would run in a 91 si hatch gutted?thanks mike

I think the ITR pistons in the LS and a vtec head would be really high compression. Not sure what it would be.

The b16 pistons are supposdly higher comp than the itr for some reason, i forget why but i read it somewhere. im thinking bout an lsvtec swap good luck on that.

and the revving question also applies to ur head, as well as teh bottom end.
