    Storm Watch!!

    This could be scary, especially if it really knocks out satalites. Good time for a terriost attack, using missile's of course, we wouldn't even know they had been launched. Doubt that will happen though.

    Maybe not satellite guided missiles, but the Trident subs of the US are capable of operating at full capacity beyond the regular US military structure. Basically, if the entire US military were to be occupied or taken down, the Subs can still operate regardless of any disaster, man-made or natural.

    3 of our Trident subs carry the support staff and weaponry to launch 65 or more nuclear warheads at strategic points around the globe - And they are ready to in about 20 minutes.

    And we have no less than 18 of them.

    Nothing, short of an asteroid hit with 80% or more global casualty, can level the military playing field of the United States.

    Sleep tight.

    -> Steve

    Edit: And those aren't even the new Seahawks. These are 10+ year old submarines.
