Would the main relay have something to do with my ecu throwing a fuel injector code? I just replaced my main injector in my DX but still getting a injector code. Any ideas?? Also every once in a while it wont start for about 5-10 key cycles and then it will fire right up.

Cars with Dual Port Fuel Injection (DPFI) have two injectors a main one and an auxillary.

The main relay on that year of a honda with dpfi controls the fuel pump along with sending power to the injectors. If you are having problems starting up the car then either replace the relay or if you have a helms manuall it will tell you how to test out that relay.

It is possible it's the main relay. Also check the resistance across the 2 leads of each fuel injector. I forget off hand what the resistance nominally should be, but haynes or helms or a chilton should say.
