The HF manifold comes off the HF CRX. The STD manifold comes off the 88-91 Civic base model or STD.
They both are a 4-1 collector somewhat like a turbo manifold to direct all the exhaust into a catyletic <sp?> converter that sits in front of the engine in the engine bay...
What Homemadeturbo.com does is takes that manifold, and an adapter plate for the turbo flange, and makes the turbo bolt up to the manifold using that flange. Voila. Easy peasy cheapass turbo manifold.
