I started it today. Ate fruits and drank a weaker 8oz mixture of the juice. I eat all throughout the day normally and that 8oz held me over for a long time. Tomorrow I'm gonna eat a few servings of fruit in the morning and then nothing but the juice from there on out. I'm mainly doing it just cause I like trying new stuff to keep life exciting and I'm really curious. I could also lose maybe 10ish lbs, so if that's part of the package, I'm not complaining. You basically live off of a liquid mixture of water, lemon juice, maple syrup and cayenne pepper. It's a detox, so you should still have solid stool from what your body stores even though you aren't consuming any fiber or solids.
