max b20 overbore

i wich to what do yoy think is the absolute max overbore to go with a b20 vtec stock sleaves ,endyn 85mm struted pistons

With a stock block you would want to go over as little as possible. These aren't 350 Chevy's that you hog out .060 over to make power. Work on the head and cams instead. If big displacement is your goal, get sleeves.

84.5mm is the max before you must sleeve

honda sleeves aren't that strong to begin with and to make them thinner and mix that with high rpms....not a great idea.
