whats the cleanest way to fix this

i think it can be pulled out fairly close and smoothed with minimal ..body filler ::shudders:: but some of the lines are off too

if you have the tools fab a patch panel and throw it in (less work)
if not pull and hammer/dolly it close then filler sealer, primer, paint
but it looks dark, and like there is rust so its better to cut the thing out

thats what i figured but i havent had much luck findin a panel

the dark spot it where i didnt sand and it still has paint
