I don't think it was staged, but even if they pay for the car, its about damn worth the message conveyed. Just look at the guys face when he comes out and imagine what they couldnt/chose not to show. I don't know how they do things out there in the BFE, but getting the gov to cut a check or even admit fault here would be months if never. Video or not, it'd get justified as it should if the case really is arrogant rich folks just ignoring plain posted laws on a daily basis.
