CAn I use an MBC with an internal WG?

I assume I can, and just put it between the WG and the Compressor housing's line. Correct?

Yes, you can use an MBC with an internally wastegated turbo setup. I don't believe, however, that you can adjust the boost from within the cabin. I thought only an EBC with remote adjustability could do that. Not sure though, since I don't use a BC.

I don't need to adjust it in the cabin. I was going to put it in the engine bay.
