I watched this race the damn red car was a V8 Mustang GT . They do not run 14's or 13.9 they run like 14.3 on a good day. Mustang Gt's are just slow

That generation runs a 14.1 stock from magazines but has been proven to run 13.9's, the '05's are listed as 13.8's-13.9's stock, depending on the altitude of the track, heat, and driver skill, I'm sure they can get lower.
What other car that year ran a 1/4 mile that fast for the start up price of a Mustang GT? I can't think of one...hmm. Slow, yet its the fastest in its price range, beat out by stuff far more expensive like a corvette. Thanks for playing though.

I dunno, maybe the Z28 and Trans Am.
and yes, in 2002 they based at 22 grand with a 310 hp LS1 V8 and a T56 6 speed with an optional Hurst short throw.

They were right in the same price range and were more to insure. I was talking more of after the end of the f bodies. There's now nothing really in the same price class and performance class.

Wrong, they're true dual exhausts.
And people on Mustang forums are much more mature and give respect to all people who fix up their cars. They'd probably be giving Will props.
