Messed Up Timing

i replaced my head gasket on my CRX HF yesterday and i forgot to match up the cam with the belt... im not sure how to line it up now so that the timing is correct.... on the end of the cam gear it has 2 lines and then one side of it says up... can anyone please help me on how to line this all up so my motor fires correctly ... thanks

There should be one line on each side of the cam gear to line up with the top of the cylinder head. There is a mark on the crank gear to denote TDC, that has to be lined up as well. Get a shop manual if you are new at this. You may have damaged your engine already. Good luck.
