http://www.processlibrary.com/directory/s/ Go to start, run, then type in "msconfig.exe" once that opens up go to startup tap, look up the files that are listed in there on the website and if you feel you don't need them then uncheck them. After that, hit CTRL-ALT-DEL and open up the task manager then go to the Processes tab. start reading up on what files you have running and use the "start menu/FIND" to track down the files you don't want and delete them. I have two spyware/virus programs running and I still managed to find two problem files. It will help with start up times and your over all computer speed due to running less programs. before finding that website I use to disable the files I knew were not of any use to me, now I can look up the files I have no idea about and remove them too! woot! yay me. lol BTW so this is what it's like to not work durning the day? I feel out of place.
