"miles per gallon of gas "

    Hello!
    another newbies in crx I'm planing to buy one a stick shift crx.
    I've been told crx hf will run 50 miles per gallon is this true? and what year has more miles/:) gallon of gas?

    no. 30 at max.
    my XR650L dirtbike only gets 55-60...
    thats 2 wheels and only a 650

    gee I saw on the adds stick shift crx 1985 si 35miles per gallon and 40-45 crx hf.
    and anothe one has oil leak on the spark plug housing holes is this normal ?

    A CRX HF will get close to 50mpg if not more.

    any year? or a certain type like fuel injector or carburator coz I'm thinking I'm gona buy one instead of electric scooter that runs slow.

    The 88-91 HFs will all be fuel injected. Get one of those.

    how can you say only 30 mpg.. my b16 gets 32-39 mpg freeway

    I have an 89 HF and get 47 highway. Almost 40 average.

    what to look for when buying this type of car?Stock
    and the engine code is this a b16?t.y.

    d15. look for rust on the underbody. ask when the timing belt was last changed. as long as it's been serviced regularly you should be good. mine's pushing 190,000 and still runs strong.

    ok.. and your point is.. i'm just saying, with my b16 i get better than 30 MPG.. so, an HF will obviously have higher since its the fuel efficient model..

    it looks like any other single cam. you have to look down by the manifold theres the engine code stamped on the block(right by where the tranny and engine meet)

    62 HP stock. 90 lb.-ft. of torque helps but you're looking at 0to60 over 10 secs.

    I saw d15 civic hatch backs does this got the same mpg as crx hf?
