hey, i just searched the internet for awhile and found a 1995 Honda Civic EX d16 VTEC head, they are selling it for $40 bucks , i need opinions on parts-names/mods that i should do to the head also prices if possible?, i would like to build it up before i do the mini me swap

that is probably a bare head, but still a good price for a bare head... you will need a complete valve train and probably all the senors and throtle body for that head.

Quick easy build:

D16Y8 intake manifold
Larger 60mm Integra throttle body
Port match the manifold to the larger body
Crower (or ZEX) valvetrain and cam, pick your grind
Adjustable cam gear (at least 4 bolts)

That should cost you less than $1000 if you're careful. I don't know what else you'll need for the head- if it's bare then you'll need all the sensors and electronic doodads like Maasey said.

i will try to email the guy selling it and ask quesions about it, all he says in the description is "recieve the complete VTEC cylinder head, valve cover and vtec sol"
