Mini Me Swap Done, One Problem

    ok i just installed my d16y8 head in my 98 lx and wired the vtec solenoid to the rpm switch and it works the vtec doeskick in but. I think my timing is off becasue , my car is really slow in the low rpms, like if i start off in first gear i have to start at 3k rpm becuase if i start any lower the car is slow like the gas pedal is to the floor and it seems like its choking then when i get above 3k then it will go faster, and i already have a ligthened fywheel on there so i can just amagen how much slower it would be without it. In the honde manual it says if you lack power it canbe ignition timing, i'm going to check both. Does anyone now if it can be something else?? And whats a better way of taking the crankpulley out without putting something into the teethof the flywheel.
