Car idles smooth, accelerates good, will not go over 3800 rpm... Acts as if it were hitting the rev limiter. checked fuel pressure, checked fuel injectors with a noid light, noid light lights up dim but brightens with acceleration, re checked distributor connections, all connections ok,,,,, CEL pops code 46 or codes 4 & 6. anyone out there that can help,,,,, please please help me out
