She passed out when they put the crown on her. I imagine it's from a lack of food and water, possibly the tape worm that's poking out of her asshole.

i'm not...it's ok , i think ill be okay..

the only thing i did not like a bout her are her fingers....way too long
 
Bah, I need to see some more pictures of her face, from that picture it looks like she might have a MJ face. (if it were whiter.)
