moisture in headlight

I just got a 2000 gsr and the drivers side headlights have moisture in them, i know i can use a blow dryer or heat gun from inside to remove it, but they dont looked crackedon the outside.
Anyone have the same problem or know an easy fix?
I just got it so I dont know if this will be a re-accuring problem one i get the moisture out.
Another quick question does wiring indiglos to dimmer switch burn em out eventually?

look around the edge where the seal is reinforce it with silicone or something of that nature make sure where the bulbs are put it that its sealed there too
