does anyone know what motor comes stock in a 95 JDM Civic i dont know what model it is or anything have not seen the car yet but it is being giving to me
 
It could be any number of engines, as there were any number of Civic models in Japan. It could really be anything from a D15 to a B16. Do you have any other information on it?
 
the guy said something about a ek9 or something like that im assuming model
 
You need to find out the model. They all come with different engines. As far as an ek9, that would be the 96-00 body style civic. The ek9 generally, is a civic type-r, which comes with a B16B engine. 1.6L, dohc vtec, 180hp, lsd transaxle, short gears.

Was he saying that's where the engine is from, or was he saying that that's what the chassis is? If he's saying that's where the engine came out of, then hell yeah, go for it. That's the 96-00 Civic Type R motor like LS_VTEC said.

If he's saying that's what the chassis is...well, then, he's an idiot...and he's wrong...
