motor revs and blows wite smoke wats wrong just put it in the car

It is a 97 civic ex with a d16y8 and it is revving up from 1grand to 3grand and blowing wite smoke out the exhaust also is puffn smoke out the oil dip stick hole

it'll definitely make the car puff white smoke.. thats coolant burning.. check your oil for coolant

the oil is clean i think that it is burning the water but is there any lines that could be hooked up wrong that would make it blow wite smoke or could it be a sensor? enine lite is on
