I got a 91 honda civic Hatchback with a B16a Motor and the car starts but it doesnt let me Rev over 3000rpm, I check all wires and everything seems fine. Im using a PWO CPU. The car starts but when I try to rev over 3000rpm the car stalls, and turns off.
