Does anybody know where I can find a decent motor to put in my 95 civic dx?
replacement - d15b7. your best bet at finding one of these is probably at the scrap yard or on craigslist.
easiest- d15b VTEC. plug and play for the most part, but you must wire for VTEC. snatch one of these, chipped ECU with the correct map, done.
next easiest is going to be the b-series. pretty much plug and play as well, but youll need a tranny, axles, mounts, linkage, throttle cable to go along with it.
b-series swaps can be found here:

If your dx motor isnt super high mileage, swap your head with a z6 top end, find a p28 ecu and add your 2 vtec wires. Atleast this way you can leave everything in place for the most part. After all, most your power comes from the head.
I need help me with my b18 swap
