motor swap

Hi, I'm new to the site and have a couple questions.

I Have a 93 lude with an H23 motor that is getting up in miles. I want to swap it for an H22. How easy is the swap, and what other parts do I need?

Also, should I get a JDM motor, and should I also get a tranny? Thanks.

Dude i did that same exact swap to my 92 lude...all i needed was a nice ecu of ur choice....the tranny will hook right up.....u might wanna buy a nice set of motor mounts b/c the h22 are really torquey......
