    Slander? No. Trademark infringement? Possibly. Especially complicated given the fact that they also are monetizing a Chive slogan that is very likely copyrighted as well. The copyright is probably easier to work around due to free speach laws. The trademark may be covered by freedom of expression laws and if not,, Microsoft may get hit for unauthorized usage.

    I'm not sure if the chive can claim rights on that "phrase" or "design" or whatever since it was taken from WWII English war propaganda lol

    If it wasn't trademarked before... It becomes like anything else. "Just do it" probably existed in some circles before Nike claimed it.

    Chive could have trademarked the "KCCO" slogan but nothing else. There was a self serve t-shirt site that custom made Keep Calm + (insert phrase) until their random slogan generator screwed up and put together two words that really shouldn't have been put together. But like anything else Chive related they welcom bootlegs of their stuff as it gets their brand out there.
