i have a honda civic SIR with a stock internal engine b16. my questions is, is it possible to put a mugen ecu for racing only on stock engine, is there any advantage or disadvantage?
http://www.hondaswap.com/forums/index.php?...hlite=mugen+ecu that works first... then to answer your question.. its a waste of your time and money another small article i wrote on shitty chipped ecu's on a near stock b16... http://www.hondaswap.com/~pills/chet_ecu.html
thanks... i really appreciate your comment. what's the best ecu that you could recommend me for a stock b16 only for weekend racer?? thanks.
a p30 or a p28 with p30 specs. check out www.pgmfi.org for some DIY ECU tuning.. as always i'll suggest a hondata, but for a mostly stock car.. not really worth it
Tuning an almost stock vehicle is definitely worth it... They come factory detuned... I'd definitely suggest saving some money and going with the DIY tools at PGMFI though...
