i have a honda civic SIR with a stock internal engine b16. my questions is, is it possible to put a mugen ecu for racing only on stock engine, is there any advantage or disadvantage?

    a p30 or a p28 with p30 specs.

check out www.pgmfi.org for some DIY ECU tuning..
as always i'll suggest a hondata, but for a mostly stock car.. not really worth it

Tuning an almost stock vehicle is definitely worth it... They come factory detuned... ;)

I'd definitely suggest saving some money and going with the DIY tools at PGMFI though...
