What's up? got a question, I was given a 93' accord auto, and I need some ideas on how to make it a little more peppy, without doin a engine swap. that will be later.

well about a grand, but I really don't want to spend it all at once

leave it a stock commuter car. maybe get some lowering springs and some rims. you wont get a lot of power out of it anyways. save your money for a car that is manual and build that. don't waste your time and money on an auto accord.

okay say the engine blows and I have the cash to throw a new engine and tranny in. what should I do, scap the car and buy a new car? this is like a commuter/project car, a commuter for a year then a project car. so I shouldn't put air-intake and throttle body spacer and new exaust. I'll get some rims but I don't want to lower it right now.

that would cost more than he has and it wouldn't give him any better results. just leave it stock and save the money.
