my little 11 y.o cousin just got an XBox

My uncle bought this from a store up in Bmore "not listing the name" anyways it cost him $519.99

it came with system, wires, controller, 120geg hard drive and 200+ games
all of them hacked

it also has software to copy games right to the harddrive

P.S Im not sure if its normal for an Xbox to show you but it also had a menu with TONS of options one of them being the temp of the Xbox unit kinda like an ECU temp in the bios....

the XBOX has a mod chip in it. tell your uncle not to get your cousin XBOX LIVE. if you run it, microsoft pings your IP address and they can tell if its modded. then they ban your IP address forever. unless he shuts off the mod chip while he is online. mod chips are cool as hell though. my G/F's older bro has one and one of the features of his is you push in the triggers, start, and back all at the same time and it will reset the machine so you dont have to get up and do it.

Holy crap, i had no idea Microsoft was able to recognize mod chips. That is so totally amazing, and so totally scary. big brother bill. I've had mod chips on my first gen japanese PS2... i'm glad sony doesn't centralize their online environs.

And the guys here can make it undetectable online And, you don't have to go through the Microrip online anyway, you can use a hub, and patch in through your computer.

Most modren XBox mod chips allow you to disconnect them with the flip of a switch so you can still use XBox Live.

Each XBox has a unique identifier asscociated with it. They don't ban your IP when they catch you, they ban you by that ID. That XBox can never use XBox live again no matter where it's connected from. The IP isn't banned.

M brother inlaw installs the chips, actually he does just about anything that has to do with computers, but I'll ask him. You may need to 1) find someone to install it there, or 2) ship me you Xbox, and I can have him do it. I'll find out, but it's very easy if you know what you're doing. I'll find out a price too.

With the mod chip he has it is no longer region or code specific, it can play movies like a DVD player (no fuckin' remote), CD-R's/DVD-R's, porno from all over the world, and can DL movies to the HD.

We can do that, if you want. I'll get a price for installing it, and get back to you, I can get a USDM Xbox (correct power source, of course we can install a built in convertor like he did on my laptop) at the PX for I think 150 or 180, something like that.

thats what i meant. sorry. yea my lady's older bro has an older mod chip, the ones where you have to connect a jumper to turn it off. he forgot to turn it off.

The way he did my laptop was he just soldered in the right convertor inside, can't even tell. It is good for 110v-240v. Needed it anyway since over here it is a pain having to find or take a 110v convertor everytime you want to take you laptop somwhere.
