In a few days I will be picking up myself an Ls engine and tranny for $100 cdn. Is this a good price? Heh J/k, anyway the reason the engine is so cheap is because it needs valveguides and probobly rings and the like, also the seller doesnt really know what these engines are worth. Shhh....... I was just wondering if there is anything special i should consider before going to a shop to get new guides. The engine will be turbocharged and i was thinking,just to use bronze valve guides and getting a pnp. Any other suggestions or will this be just fine? thanks
