can you run these cams with stock valves and all that?

no i would not, it recommends you upgrade the valvetrain. These cams are good for low boosted cars and street applications.

i dont no if you sold it yet but the rear quarter windows are different from 89 to 90

Ok i wasn't sure bc i had junkyards dick me around for months before i found one to fit my 88 hatch. Ok i think this is for a 90-91 hatch. Correct me if i'm wrong so i can correct my description. Here is a pic of the molding and the mounting area
